Within our timeline, we utilized analytics with our data science team, ideated concepts, conducted user testing studies, and implemented the feature with our engineering team.
Background
When a patient needs to see a doctor, they go through an Intake process, gathering answers and information and sending that to your doctor prior to your visit. Intake is important experience because patients are normally sick and trying to get medical care or a prescription as quickly as possible.
